We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, simply email us at customerservice@zestia.co.uk with your order number. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the correct warehouse shipping address. Please do not send items back to our registered London office address, as it cannot process parcels.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
